It works so-so, but, the spray works far better. But I can keep this little container in my purse and always have it for a class. Carrying around a spray can isn’t practical. **Q: Does it leave residue on the things you are gripping; pole, clubs, football, etc?** A: I only use it on the pole. It does leave residue because it really makes you sticky. It can become gritty when mixed with sweat. I use it in conjunction with the dry hands liquid.
