Using the Spud Inc. belt squat belt is a great way to take a break from the typical squat routine and still hit your legs hard.

Review: replaced my belt for a Rogue Rhino belt squat and very glad that I did that. The factory supplied belt is too tall and padded. With 2 carabiners (1 to join the rings on the belt and the other to attach to the belt squat )I can get this belt to rest on my glutes/ hips and get into the correct squat position without the binding that I had with the Rogue belt. For those who read reviews about dye running... go with the yellow and you won't have this issue. Plus it's High Viz and you can't use the excuse that you couldn't find it to skip leg day.

replaced my belt for a Rogue Rhino belt squat and very glad that I did that. The factory supplied belt is too tall and padded. Der erste Eindruck ist erstmal positiv . Dieser Gürtel sitzt bei mir sehr gut ohne unangenehm zu drücken . Ich werde ihn noch mit hohen Gewichten testen .
