I needed small paring knives and these really fit the bill. Easy to use and stay sharp.

Sandwich knives.
The knives were great, a little bigger than subway knives, but serves a specific purpose. Nice color sharp, and great for cutting cheeses, making sandwiches or baguettes. I'm happy with the purchase.

These are the best kitchen knives I’ve ever used!
I have to say that when I first saw this set of knives, I was disappointed….. but I was wrong. They reminded me of a set I’d had many years ago….and those were NOT good knives. These are great! They are sharp, easy to use, and very versatile. I’ve used them to cut meat, open boxes, spread peanut butter, and slice a spinach wrap for a sandwich. I like these so much that I am going to but another set for backup because I don’t ever want to be without these knives….! Actually, I bought a fancy knife, at the same time….and I have never used it. May give that one away as a Christmas gift.

Stay sharp for YEARS!
I was so excited to find these on Amazon. I had a set from many many years ago that one by one got misplaced. These stay sharp for years, literally, best little handy knives to keep in the kitchen ever!
