I've had my Keurig 2.0 Coffee-Maker for about 8 years now. Whenever I see "Oops" after inserting the pod, It is beacuse there is an irregularity with the label on the pod. In particular, the pod label has a rough edge. When I smoothen out the edge with my finger, the pod is accepted and works fine. I've never had to discard a pod.

Q: i buy this variety pack at LEAST once a week for my office. Recently the price went up...why? i'd like to also get assrt coffee w/out the flavors.

Final pricing decisions are made by Amazon based on their numerous business considerations. We have not made any changes recent changes that would reflect on the price of our coffee.

We currently have 3 variety packs that do not have decaf coffee (Bold, Medium, Flavored). We have also stopped producing the Assorted Variety pack with decaf coffee, although this change has not completely filtered through Amazon's current inventory.
