This stuff almost acts like an anti-depressant. It doesn't change my mood, but it gives me energy, and it's noticeable. It literally puts a lift in my step. I feel very fortunate to have found it. It's hard to find. I've had to look hard to order it, even looking in Europe. But I've got a very good stock now. These supplements work differently with different people. But this stuff definitely works for me. Plus, the fact that it's a super anti-oxidant just makes it even better. But I take it for the energy. Very grateful!

I have seen a lot of good lab test results from Glisodin. It doesn't have quick results, so it is hard to say whether or not it is performing the way I want. My main reason for taking it is the reduction/elimination of tumors in lab mice. The tumors in the tests were genetically triggered, so it probably wouldn't work for everything, but it is non harmful and I have a lot of cancer in my family. Source Naturals and Metagenics are the only vitamin/supplement companies that I trust so far. I am sure there are others out there that are good, but I have been very disappointed by most vitamin brands. The brands in Target and Wal Mart are useless. I have gotten alfalfa capsules in my Goldenseal and corn capsules in alfalfa. It is also supposed to fight aging, but that is hard to gauge. My 84 year old dad, who has never taken supplements at all, can still do one armed pushups and touch his toes while standing on one leg. But I have been taking these pills for about 10 years and I honestly don't think I have more wrinkles now than I did 10 years ago.

Does different things to me than I would expect. I have a SOD2 polymorphism and I am playing around with improving methylation, upregulating/downregulating various enzymes, boosting metabolism... you know basically riding the trend out until I find out it's all snake oil. But honestly I am very perplexed by using GliSODin, I didn't notice anything different except for the fact that I don't seem to get sunburns anymore. I used to burn within 20 mins and since taking GliSODin I swam across Haunama Bay and missed my back with the sunscreen and I healed in like 3 days. I have read SOD can help with sunburns and sun related issues, but I am really shocked by what I am seeing in myself. Usually it would take 2-4 weeks, or maybe more, for me to heal from something like no sunscreen for 2 hours with a UV rating of 12. Also now I go out into the sun for about 15-20 mins a day (with no sunscreen) as often as I can to produce vitamin d (I am VDR BSM homozygous and cannot seem to increase my vitamin d any other way), and I have not burned once. That would be unheard of with me a couple years ago. I've been using SOD for about a little over a year and the sun thing is about the only thing different I've noticed since taking it. It might not be enough for some people but for now it's enough for me to keep taking it so I can continue to produce vitamin d naturally. I don't know if I can recommend unless you are in a similar situation as me, as I said the typical results from taking SOD don't seem to be happening with me.

Has to have the glisodin to get thru digestion and make it to small intestine. I wanted to give this a try for skin and hair. I started with 2 a day and it I had persistent gas took it to 1 and its gone. Haven't been on long enough to notice a difference. Will report back
