I bought this for my 11 year old grandson in July. After only a few normal uses at his tennis lesson, the cap of the handle (called butt cap) fell off and as a result the tape on the handle unravelled. The cap was fixed just with two weak staples. I complained to the supplier RacketWorld. I was told this would be the fault of the manner of play, and that the cap could easily be re-fixed with glue. I spent time re-fixing the tape round the handle with double sided tape plus super glue, and then super glued the cap on again. Next time he played the cap fell off again. Although it was Super glued it failed because there is too little contact as the cap widens out at the end, and the handle under the cap is not solid but has several grooves in it. I have complained again to the supplier but have had no response. I intend to contact Head, a well known brand which distributed the item originally.

Felt slightly overpriced. Strings could be better. Over grip makes it 100 times better

El producto es bastante bueno. La potencia y maniobrabilidad son excelentes y en sí la raqueta cumple y se adapta perfectamente con un estilo de juego a nivel principiante/intermedio. Cabe recalcar que es una raqueta de RECREACIÓN. Un punto a destacar es que la tensión de las cuerdas se pierde relativamente rápido. Es el producto ideal para una persona que va iniciando y ha tenido un avance medio/rápido en el deporte. Juego 3 veces por semana. La raqueta se quebró por el mango a los 5 meses. Meramente por uso. La raqueta siempre tuvo cuidados exhaustivos, nunca se descuidó. Si juegas en un nivel intermedio y buscas una raqueta que te de mayor eficacia en varios aspectos, esta raqueta YA NO ES PARA TI. Es perfecta para alguien que va a iniciar y hasta que llegue a un nivel intermedio. Para perfeccionar nivel intermedio, no la recomiendo.
