Caliper and tape measure is fine
Not a very good quality but it’s ok, it’s something you can use!

It clicks without tension
It doesn’t work. It is defected. It takes the measurement even without anything to measure just in thin air.

Very good tool to monitor body fat. We did notice that the charts seem to be reversed. When looking at another chart we see that the women's and men's charts are switched

The given scale starts at 2-3mm. And no precision for 1mm... Atleast cheap and got a measurement band for sewing/waists
