This manifold set is very easy to set up and use. Almost did not need the user manual. Unit is very solid in the hand. Wish the screen had more contrast to make it easier to read in bright sunlight. Backlight works well in shade or darkness. I like the fact that it came with signed calibration docs. I bought the Testo brand for its reputation for accuracy. Plastic case needs a little padding (which I added) for the gauge itself, but has room for wireless temp probes, hoses, other misc accessories. Very satisfied with the quality and value.

I sure wish I had this tool forty years ago, when I had first started in my refrigeration career!. It has been a joy to use now, even though I am retired and only occasionally have to use it. Simple, accurate, and time-saving when compared to the old manifold gauge sets. I connect it to the system, sync it with the Testo app, and then monitor it. I can now record the evacuation and charging, and make any necessary adjustments to fine-tune the system. I have the vacuum and temperature gauges in a single, easy-to-read application. I can save the recordings to document the whole process. This is a high-quality instrument priced reasonably, and I love using it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This is my first set of digital manifold gauges. For the quality and features the price was way below some of the other brands that have also been out. The size was also a factor due to the fact that it can fit in one hand if needed. Look: The unit is very rugged. The outer casing seems very sturdy and protective of the unit itself. Connectivity: I bought the vacuum gauge and it Bluetooth perfectly Build quality: Solid feeling and very rugged Value for money: As compared to most basic units, it seemed to be the most cost-effective one for someone like me for this being my first digital manifold Quality: High-quality instrument Size: The ergonomic design you’re small enough to fit in one hand, making it very comfortable while carrying it or using it

Great guages: PROS: 1) durable manifold that seems solid yet easy to handle, not big & bulky like others, 2) display has all that’s needed in one place to set sh & sc, 3) pressure & temp readings seem accurate, 4) screen holds up without cracking like some other brands, 5) I like the phone app that connects to it. CONS: 1)Both Valve controls seem to have some play in the off position, so I am not sure if the valve is entirely closed & can otherwise leak to mess up the hvac by bringing air or contaminates into the hvac lines. 2) sometimes I was unable to completely attach refig hoses to manifold, seems there is not enough clearance between the port & body of manifold to allow the low loss fitting to screw in, so I leave it alittle loose 3) it does not connect consistently with the phone app, it’s buggy & requires me to mess with the Bluetooth or logoff/login again, 4) unable to calibrate temp probes if needed, instructions says u gotta send it to a testo service loc. Ps- not a negative but a preference that I wish it was a soft storage case & not the hard plastic case which gets beat up so quickly.

is a gauge, a manifold, you are a tech and that the reason to buy this unit. So now why 5 starts, I had a issue with the instruments after 2 months of used, I think was software related (not able to restart and consuming the batteries fast) what I still made me keep it is the service that I got after the issue, I send a mail to Testo services and they reply faster and after I sent the instrument, they fixed no questions ask. (of course even if it was a software or hardware related I like the fast response from the service)

The unit is smaller than I thought looking at the pic. Than does not take away from the gauges. They have worked great. I have no complaints. They hook up to the temp probes and vacuum gauge with out any problem. I have had them on many all day jobs on some large systems and the battery indicator still says full.
