Lemon Balm. Enough Said. This baby is my Favorite Tea.

This tea is a rooibos, which for those who are not tea savvy, means it is a "red tea" and naturally decaffeinated. The lemon flavor is perfect, it adds a bit of tartness but is not overpowering. The flavor is on the milder side (as with most rooiibos teas) and frankly it was delicious in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy in NY. I prefer it without added milk sugar or lemon since it has a natural sweetness and the lemon is already included! Just a quick medical note, since it contains St. John's Wart DO NOT drink this tea if you are taking an SSRI or MAO-I (medications for depression/anxiety) because there is a strong potential for interaction, otherwise enjoy! **My personal warning is not intended to be final medical advice, so ask your doctor if you take any medications to make sure they have no interaction with St. John's Wart**

Very nice tasting tea- more relaxing

I don’t ordinarily like rooibos tea, but this surprised me. It has light, sunny citrus notes and an uplifting adaptogen. Highly recommend.

Its just okay at best and being the highest priced of teas from this company I expected more. I would not waste my money and buy this product again. it should not be over $8.99 at most. I have no idea why it was almost $20.00. They have much better teas, still over priced but good tasting. This one was just blah, at best

When I found this tea, I decided to give it a try because I am bipolar type I. But honestly I mostly ordered this tea because of the taste, not the herbal effects. However, I was pleasantly surprised after having drank a glass a day for a few days in a row that it does seem to brighten my mood. It isn't anything like an energy drink that gives you energy and makes you edgy. This tea simply produces a mild sense of overall well- being and contentment. The tea has a nice, subtle peach flavor that gives it a smooth and supple taste. And the tea bags are cute, circular disks that fit nicely into the basket of my tea brewer. And one tea bag is enough to brew a cup of relatively strong tea. I would suggest making sure that the tea is heated relatively hot (for a brief, but extended amount of time compared to other teas) when brewing to ensure the herbs are extracted well so that you maximize the tea's effectiveness. Overall I would recommend to anyone who wants something to just brighten their mood or someone who enjoys peach flavored tea.
