Q: Seems that a large number of reviewers complain of this case cracking and chipping without any known cause. Has anyone not had that problem?

I had my original Speck hard shell case for 6+ years for a MacBook Air. It had some minor discoloration through the years but was never chipped or cracked. I was pleased with the quality. When I replaced with a new MacBook Air this year, I immediately purchased one. Like the prior one, so far I’m extremely pleased. I highly recommend this case to protect your laptop
