I've had trouble sleeping for many years and I have tried basically every supplement imaginable to help me with this, and this one is hands down my favorite, especially as far as herbal supplements go. I think it's the only one I've found that features magnolia and mimosa tree bark which is interesting, and I really appreciate that it doesn't have valerian or hops which are often in sleep supplements but personally leave me feeling groggy. It also has this yummy cinnamon-y smell from the cinnamon bark which I love. I usually take it in the evening a few hours before I want to go to bed so it has time to kick in. I also sometimes take it if I wake up at night, it seems to help prevent any more wake-ups until morning. It seems to help my entire nervous system calm down and I think it helps my body "learn" that evening = relax/wind down/sleep in a way that seems to keep helping even after I run out or stop taking for a while, probably because of the adaptogens. If you're like me and have lots of trouble with sleep, please give this a try!

I never write reviews but Gaia Herbs Adrenal Health Nightly Restore has worked so well for me that I needed to review it. I recently experienced a very traumatic emotional experience and had been having trouble sleeping. I tried numerous OTC sleep remedies and nothing helped. I was only getting a few hours of sleep each night and was exhausted all day. I would lie in bed and my racing thoughts and anxiety would keep me awake for most of the night. I really didn't have high expectations for this product since nothing else seemed to be working but I was desperate and decided to give it a chance. I noticed a difference from the first night I used it. I take 2 capsules 2 hours before bedtime and it calms my mind and body so that I drift peacefully off to sleep and sleep all night long. I also feel calmer during the day and less stressed. I highly recommend this product if you are experiencing sleeplessness due to stress.

This product is worth its weight in gold!! I am going through menopause, have anxiety and insomnia and this product is THE absolute best!! It helps me drift off to sleep within 30-45 minutes of taking it and I get the most restful sleep of my life with it!! I’ve been using Gaia Herbs Adrenal Health Nightly Restore for a few weeks now, and I’ve noticed a big improvement in my sleep quality and stress levels. The only downside is the price—it’s a bit on the expensive side for the amount you get. I love these. I was feeling super hot at nights , no sweats just hot and my hives would get worse at night due to the heat. Dr said welcome to Perimenopause. Well 1 dose of these and I was back to sleeping at night and not having my mattress feel like I just walked through the dessert on a horse with no name. A friend of mine had recommended these to me previously due to the high stress work I do and wow do I wish i had taken her up on her recommendation months ago.

I don’t leave reviews often but this deserves one! Holy moly, do I get sleepy in the melty puddle kind of way of taking these. One the box, it said the longer you take them, the more you’ll experience the good benefits. The first night, I didn’t sleep well (per usual and hence why I got these) and then from night two on, oh wow! I’m obsessed. As a random side note, they also smell really yummy. They have cinnamon in them, I think that might be why. So - long story short - these do what they say they’re going to do! If you’re considering, go for it!
