I ordered this to replace a failed cooling fan I'm my SWANN security system DVR. It works fine. Just be aware it comes with a connector so you may have to splice the connector from the old fan on to the cable from the new fan.

Quiet, but moves alot of air surpringly and minimalist frame. Only down side is that it needs abit bigger mounting screw. Since there isnt much frame the screws arent cabale of being countersunk. The holes are also a bit wide and allow abit of slop. But dear god it moves air, and its really quiet for the amount air it moves. My power supply fan is louder.

Used this to replace a bad fan on my 3d printer. this fan just died mid print on a 27hr job.. lost the whole print.. not a fan of this .. i thought this was a quality fan. now im forced to purchase a replacement.
