I honestly just bought these adapters on a whim, figuring extras couldn't hurt. Before these little guys, attaching the bottles felt like a balancing act doomed to end in a milky mess on the floor (yes, it happened). These thread changers twist right on, connect my Spectra flanges to my trusty old Medela bottles securely, and most importantly, no leaks. No sudden bottle detachment sending liquid gold flying. They just do the simple job they're supposed to do, which is a win. Pros: Super easy to screw on and off. Creates a tight, secure seal (no unexpected milk showers!). Lets you use different bottle types with your Spectra pump. Saved me from having to buy a whole new set of bottles. Cons: Just one more small piece to wash and keep track of in the pumping parts chaos. You do need to make sure you twist them on properly with the rubber piece, but it's not difficult.

Works perfectly for my Spectra Pump and Dr Browns bottles. Now I can pump into the bottle that my baby actually uses vs the Spectra bottles and having to transfer. One less thing to wash!

These adapters are perfect, they even hold up my glass dr brown bottles! They’re tight and hold well! Very easy to use and wash (be delicate with the silicone). Very affordable imo

I ordered these to pump directly from my spectra flanges into medela and dr brown bottles. They worked great but I did notice 2 small watch outs. The primary watch out is that sometimes the seal will be "too tight" and prevent milk from flowing through the duck valve. Consequently I've had milk back up into the flange and into the back flow protector. The issue is easily solved by just loosening/turning the bottle slightly. The other issue is that when I hand wash I've had the rubber ring fall off. I anticipate that it'll eventually get lost as it continues to stretch out over time. I haven't tried using the adapter without the rubber ring but I think it'll still work fine as an adapter.

I use this baby bottle adapter for my Spectra S2 pump. We tested different anti-colic bottles for my baby to reduce her symptoms. As a result, we needed this adaptor to attach the Dr. Browns bottle. This adaptor work wonderfully with the Spectra S2 breast pump. Currently, the breast milk flow rate for the Spectra S2 pump is consistent; therefore, the before and after the purchase of the adaptor resulted in similar flow rate and breast milk quantity.

Ordered these so I can pump from my Spectra directly into Dr. Brown’s glass bottles and they work perfectly! I also use them to pump into Evenflo classic glass bottles. No spills or anything! Would definitely recommend.

I bought this for my spectra s1 when I received it as I wanted to use my medela and dr brown plastic bottles with the pump as well. Fits snugly and securely and I’ve had no issues with leaking or anything like that. Takes two seconds to put on and take off. Definitely worth it for anything that makes pumping a little more convenient.

This is a super cool product! I had a Medela pump with my first so have a ton of bottles and this allows me to use them with my spectra pump
