I bought this book for my husband who is a graphic designer. It's wonderful! The book includes color combinations and inspiration when you're feeling stuck - and you never have to guess what colors they truly are, because the RGB/CMYK numbers are listed for each one. This is a great gift for those designers in your life!

Buscaba un regalo de cumpleaños para una amiga diseñadora gráfica y quería salir de lo típico. Después de ver mil videos en redes sobre este libro (videos que me aparecieron por "arte de magia"), me decidí por "Palette Perfect" de Sara Caldas. Le compré la versión en inglés porque ella domina el idioma y quería el formato original. Lo que más me gustó: - La reacción: No exagero cuando digo que le encantó. Ver la cara de alguien que trabaja en esto al hojearlo me confirmó que fue un acierto total. - El contenido: Aunque yo no soy diseñador ni ilustrador, el libro es visualmente una joya. Está tan bien organizado por paletas y sensaciones que te entran ganas de empezar a crear algo solo de verlo. Conclusión: Me gustó tanto que ahora quiero comprarme uno (pero la versión en español). Si tienes a alguien especial que trabaje en artes visuales —o si simplemente amas los libros como yo—, debes comprártelo.

Love it! It's a great tool to use as a reference for design projects. I like how the author explains the meaning of colors in different cultures or contexts. The book has great examples of color usage and combinations to look out for.

Es un excelente libro, me fascina. Aunque me llegó un poco maltratado en las esquinas. Deberían mejorar el embalaje porque venía sin empaque.

The book comes with a paper cover protecting the actual book. Unfortunately that paper cover arrived a little ripped due to handling. The book is absolutely great. I work as a freelance graphic designer, and this has helped me find so much guidance and inspiration. Totally recommend if you want to understand color, and find unique ways to use it that harmonize not only visually, but also by meaning.

Ich koloriere wissenschaftliche Abbildungen. Dabei ist mir das Buch eine große Hilfe, weil es durch viele Beispiele hilft, ansprechende und sinnvolle Farbkombinationen zu finden.

Ótimas refs, tanto de marcas quanto de paletas. Recomendo.
