I love this book, It arrived quickly and well packed. Contains beautiful well printed artistic images, good quality paper and a nice strong cover. The text is explicative of the story. Nice to look at right now and can read the text later. I strongly recommend it, In addition,I bought the text book "The Divine Comedy" to go with it.

Interesante ver cómo Blake interpreta una visión de Dios que es diametralmente opuesta a la suya. Se trata de la última obra que no llegó a completarla, algunos están inacabados, otros apenas esbozados, pero contiene valiosas acuarelas. La asunción central de la Divina Commedia es que Dios es un ser transcendente al mundo, y en consecuencia, el arte no puede expresar la omnipotencia ni la gloria de Dios; una asunción que Blake rechaza de plano. Las acuarelas de Blake seguramente fueron diseñadas para “corregir” algunos aspectos de la teología de Dante, que no compartía Blake. La edición es magnífica.
