Premium Angus Beef - 4 (10oz) Ribeye - Chicago Steak Company - PSC153 4 10OZ

I eat steak at least twice a week and it is becoming an expensive habit. A typical Ribeye at the grocery store is easily $20 and up. I thought I would search the internet and see whats out there. I stumbled on these Ribeyes from Chicago Steak Company. They were priced around $25 each. I ordered 4 of the Premium Gold Angus. A few days later the shipment arrived. The steaks arrived frozen in a cooler. The packaging was professional and it looked like no expense was spared to insure quality. I placed steaks in fridge to thaw out. I really couldn't wait to grill them Sat night(last night). I grilled the Ribeyes on an open flame charcoal grill for about 4 minutes each side(we like them med rare) and all I can tell you is they were absolutely delicious. My wife and kids ate them up. I took all the praise from the family but I know the quality of this meat is what really made them so good. I normally do not write reviews but sometimes folks deserve praise. I will definitely order again and again.

Bur was cut too thin…..1/2 inch no good I prefer 1.25 inch....but was still tasty

Such a bummer ... these steaks are "ok", but not great .... I paid up thinking amazing, and they were "good" ... save your money, or go to whole foods and get the real deal ... or, Omaha's are better!

Extravagant item but very well received by the giftee.

The steaks were wonderful. Great flavor & very safe packaging for long deliveries. I live in the middle of nowhere & the dry ice is still in a large chunk when it arrives. That is very important to me.

Best choice I have made in a while . Each is a great meal for 2 Great med - rare 😀😀😀
