This shower head is sooooooooooo awesome!! We purchased a different model that was much 'simpler' looking, but it ended up not working out for a multitude of reasons. At the time, we thought we were in love with that model and didn't want one that looked like this - but we were so wrong! This particular shower-head was so easy to install (per our contractor) - there was only a hot and cold connect and everything else was already assembled. The mirrored front and the mirrored shower head go great with a classic or modern decor. The options are phenomenal and we love that even the handheld as multiple options! We put this in a 36" x 42" shower and were concerned it would be too small for this massive shower head, but it works fine. We did end up adding additional shower guards on our glass doors to stop the few droplets that got out from the body sprays, but that's all. We have only two complaints: 1. You can't use more than one option at a time. I don't know that this is necessary, but my kids, husband and I all like to party! So I think that having the option to have the body sprays and rain head on would be awesome. Not a deal breaker, but definitely something to think about. The 2nd thing, and probably the more major issue, is that when you are switching from one option to another, you are pelted with freezing cold water. It doesn't matter if you've had the shower running for two days, or if you tried to be smart and run all of the options for a little before you got in, the water flow simply sits in the instruments until they are used and the water gets colder and colder while you're using another option. It is jolting, to say the least, when you switch it to the wrong thing and aren't expecting it - like in the morning when you just wake up and turn it to the body jets instead of the handheld that you've come to learn to face away from you! With that said though, we wouldn't trade it for the world! It is literally our favorite piece in our new bathroom and for the price, compared to much more expensive models, you can't get any better. We have had the shower head installed and in use for about 6 months now and we haven't had any leaking or rust stains like I've read in some of the reviews. Aslo can you change to F instead of C on the display? Thanks for your help** A: HOW TO CHANGE TEMP DISPLAY FROM CELSIUS TO FAHRENHEIT This isn't in the manual, but we figured it out: On the back side of the temperature display (look for it behind the shower panel) is a small round access cover secured by two screws. Remove it and you'll see two small dip switches, marked 1 and 2. The dip switches have ON and OFF positions. Switch 1 controls language and by default (OFF) is set to English. ON sets the display to Chinese. Switch 2 controls temperature and by default (OFF) is set to Celsius. To change it to Fahrenheit, move switch 2 to the ON position. ***IMPORTANT NOTE*** The dip switches won't work if you change their positions with batteries installed in the battery compartment (located at the bottom of the unit, by the tub spout). Remove the AA batteries, change the dip switch positions, and then replace the batteries, in that order. **Q: Can you get unit without tub spout** A: I have a walk in shower but I use the tub spout when shaving my legs. I have to wear my glasses while shaving so It is much easier to use the spout instead of the wand. I actually call it my "leg shaving feature." I never want to be without it! **Q: What color is this model? Same as picture depicts? Brushed Aluminum?** A: Same as picture depicts, a mirrored front, and the sides are brushed aluminum. **Q: Can the Rainfall and the nozzels work at the same time?** A: Yes. Just position the dial between two selections. Luckily, this was a big win. It’s solid, and pretty easy to install (disclosure: my spouse is in the trades, so maybe a bit better positioned for this than average). The only complaint is that the actual mounting bracket was decreed “a bit flimsy” for his taste, so he punched it up proactively. All three water output options (shower, body sprays, handheld) put out plenty of pressure. Note - there IS water flow restriction inside, which can be removed. Also note that the digital temperature is a FYI only - not a setting.
