No the same as pictured
The actiin figure of yoshi that I received was not the same as the one pictured. The figure that was sent could not stand up straight as pictured and my son was so disappointed.

This is not the action figure in the picture. Only the arms move. The legs are stuck in a "jump" position. Will be returning.
