I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered this but I was really pleased when it arrived. Yes it's plastic but it it doesn't look it from the outside. It was a good size (I feared it would be small) and perfect for my pirate and mermaid themed party.

Great treasure box, bigger than I expected, but happy with the surprise!

I bought this pirate's chest to make a College Survival Kit for my daughter when she moved into the dorms. She's into pirates and I wanted surprise her with some fun and useful items. The box was just big enough that we could pack it full of fun things, and the plastic walls were thin but sturdy to contain all the things. The item arrived on time and I was able to load it full of treasures (microwave popcorn, hot cocoa, hangover remedy, condoms, narcan, fairy lights, glow in the dark stars, chapstick, bandaids, thumbdrive, a women's health reference book, flashlight, mini umbrella, etc.) And then I packed the treasure chest back into the cardboard box it had shipped in, and it showed up in the dorm room with all the other boxes on move-in day!

Está muy bonito, es plástico pero se siente resistente, parece de verdad, tiene un poco de relieve en sus detalles, llegó en perfectas condiciones muy bien empaquetado, lo único es que no tiene con que cerrar por el frente, me hubiera gustado un ganchito o algo para que se atore pero para lo que lo necesito no es indispensable que cierre bien

The lid was a little bit flimsy, but used mostly as a display this wasn't a problem. The bottom part is decently made and sturdy enough for handing out candy and as a display.
