Amazing apart from Delivery Provider
This is the second rug I have purchased from The Rug Store, the quality and effect of the rug is amazing. My only issue was the courier firm you used, it stated it would be delivered on 21st April but did not arrive until 23rd April, it meant I had to wait in for 3 days. Please use a different service provider moving forward.

Poor returns policy
Although the rug was as stated i had to return it due to wrong size . Seller only offers printing own label and paying own postage to return- very expensive because of size but no option or could not return .
