A good high quality honey priced right. I'm on my third 40 oz container and the consistency is what is expected of a good pure honey. I notice minimal color variations. When stored at room temperature of +/- 68° crystallization gradually creeps in. Exactly what I expect of a very high quality honey. The taste is also very pleasant and mild.

This honey has a very distinct taste. Almost like the organic honey you get from Mexico. It is good honey, but just a tad too earthy for me. I will use it all and not waste any. For the last year or so I have been ordering honey from all around the world, and also right here in the good old U.S.A. My taste goes more toward Colorado wildflowers. Clover is too tame, dark is sometimes too much. Mono Floral or Multifloral try them all.
