I am recently learning more about the importance of organically sourced foods and this led me to try the lemon berry flavor of organic muscle pre workout. I enjoy the rush and tingle from typical pre workout products and have used them a lot the past 7 years or so. However my poor diet has led to many digestive issues and the pre workouts that I used to down simply left me uncomfortable, unfocused, and left my stomach so upset it would hinder my workout as much as it would help it. I began mixing my own pre workouts with main active ingredients as other pre workouts hoping the simplicity and lack of sweeteners and flavorings would help the issue. No luck. I liked the idea of a whole food sourced organic pre workout but was skeptical that it could compete with other Pre workouts that have more isolated ingredients that I figured would work more quickly and effectively in short cycles. I was never so happy to be wrong about a whole food sourced product! I had energy, I had a pump, and worked up probably the best sweat I’ve had in the gym in a long time. I had no stomach discomfort, and no uncomfortable lack of focus or jitters. I had a long, even energy that had no perceivable crash towards the end. I was also worried about the taste, however it was very good given the natural flavoring. I mean yeah something with a bunch of sugar and sweeteners is going to taste better but you have to take into account the benefits your receiving by taking a product such as this one compared to that. And coming from someone someone who has grown to appreciate the taste of plants more over the last couple years, I thought it tasted exactly how it should. Awesome product!

I want to start off my review by thanking the company for their stellar customer service and sending me a replacement powder after Amazon delivered a container that was unsealed. James was wonderful in the way he handled my concern and offered a replacement immediately which I really appreciate. He ensured everything was safely sealed and properly packaged! With that being said; This is the best pre workout powder I have ever used. In the past I stayed away from these kinds of supplements because of the jitters and crashes but this is the first pre workout that I’ve tried where the energy buildup doesn’t make me have negative side effects. I love that one scoop is able to power me through 2 hours of intense cardio and lifting. The powder itself mixes easily into water and tastes great. I’ve now tried the passion fruit/guava and the lemon berry flavors and find both of them to be pleasant. I would highly recommend this supplement to anyone who is looking for natural ways to support their fitness journey. This company has a lifelong customer in me! I look forward to long sessions at the gym now!

I am writing this review after going through an entire canister of this product over the course of many weeks of training. I wanted to have fully experienced it before I made a determination about it. I have been a serious athlete and gym rat for over 20 years and have tried dozens of supplements trends, etc. So, I am hoping to be able give an honest, genuine, and informative review. Full disclosure, I do know the owner of the Organic Muscle company, so I am slightly biased towards him (he is a great guy!). In the spirit of transparency wanted to share that in advance. I will start with the things I did not like about the product, then the things I do like, and wrap up with my overall impression/prognosis of the product. The taste has been mentioned in several other reviews and so not to belabor that anymore, but to touch on it: it is not great. I got the LemonBerry flavor (that had the best reviews on taste). It is not disgusting, but definitely not something I looked forward to drinking in the beginning. I am used to the sugary pre-workouts that are full of flavor and I can “taste” the sugar-rush getting ready to course through my veins in every sip. Being that this is organic, it makes sense that it is not super sugary. I actually got used to it over time and never loved it, but got to the point of indifference where I didn’t have to hold my nose or want to drink it down like liquid candy either. There is no initial burst of energy that you get from drinking it. You don’t get that “want to run through a brick wall” or “start tossing around cars in the parking lot” feel. It slowly works its way into your system without there being an intense mental and physical fire blazing through your body. I used to like that feeling, because it made me feel like I was about to move some big weights and get a better workout in (even if just in my head). This does not have that effect. The packaging/size of the canister. I got the 20-servings size and it did not seem to last very long. Especially for the price, I would have liked to have more, but it may just be my experience with other brands having bigger canisters, but when you open it, there is only 1/3 of it full of the powder. This canister was actually full to the (almost) lid. It lasted several weeks (of 3-4 workouts per week), but seemed to run out quicker than I would have liked (could just be my perception, though; not very data oriented response here, sorry.). The price. It is pretty expensive. I get that it is a quality product with quality ingredients, but just for the sake of mentioning it, I felt stretched to pay for it versus other pre-workout brands. It is not cheap, but most good things aren’t. Okay, now for the good: It never had a crash effect. I may have not gotten a big burst of energy at first, but it came on steadily throughout the workout and continued to give me strength and stamina during my entire workout, without any drop off. Even after my workout and going through the rest of my day, I never had a big crash or energy dump. It fueled my entire workout and work day with a steady flow of solid mental and physical energy. This was the biggest part that I loved and impressed me! I got better gains and continued growth week after week, AND could get after it in my work day with mental clarity and focused energy! The ingredients are all organic and healthy for your body and overall health. Not just for strength and physique gains, but general health got better. Productivity, energy, sound sleep, and overall well being has increased. In summary, there are a few things that keep this product from being perfect, but the good far outweighs the bad. It is an excellent product that is well worth the price. And once you get used to the taste, you too will see increased gains in the gym and your overall health! I highly recommend giving it a try and seeing the results for yourself!
