The part of the pump that goes into the liquid will not fit into the top of the pump it’s too big. I am trying to get another part that works.

I love flavored coffee with real sugar and soy milk. This is a great and quick alternative to sweet addition to my coffee daily as I still want to control my sugar intake. I use one full pump and sweetness level is just right. The instruction to screw pump on is easy to follow, just make sure to handle with clean hands to prevent spoiling the whole bottle. I was not a big fan of coffee creamer, but this product is now my new monthly subscription.
