Overall, the dress is pretty flattering. It's nice and flowy, and it's comfortable. I bought the light blue one and while the color on my screen is slightly off from the color on the dress (it's more of a baby blue in real life, vs the more muted blue-gray color on my screen), it is a pretty color. Mine does not appear to be see-through, but I wouldn't wear dark underwear with it. The bottom section where you tie (at the lower waist) is REALLY big. You can adjust it to your liking, but I wish it were reasonably tight to start with. When you cinch too much, it starts not looking as good as it could. Also, make sure you secure that knot really well, because if it comes undone, your entire behind will be exposed. It really does gape a lot. The top portion is tight. Can't really wear a bra with it, but those little nipple silicone covers, or a chicken cutlet bra will do the trick. I'm flat-chested and wish there were a better alternative to give my chest area more oomph. I thought about sewing some padded cups inside, but it would be hard to do without the sewing showing on the visible side. At 5'5" the dress is a bit long on the side, so I have to wear heels if I don't want it dragging on the ground.
