Easy and Cost Effective way to reduce lactose in regular milk
These are so helpful to help me manage my sensitivity to lactose. I treat regular milk and yogurt with these drops, leave them in the fridge for 24 hours, and then enjoy without any digestive trouble. You can adjust the amount you add to get more or less lactose reduction.

Works and is cost saving
I buy organic 2% milk for $8. It is out of the budget to buy the same in lactose free ($13.98 a gallon). You use 3 drops for every 16.9 oz and let it sit for 24 hours and you’re good to go. For a gallon, that is 128 ounces divided by 16.9 = 7.574. Multiply that by 3 drops and it’s 23 drops per gallon. I treated 8 1/2 gallons with one bottle. (Possibly 9 1/2 .. not sure if I forgot to mark down one treatment). But, going with 8.5, the drops add $1.38 to each gallon. So, it makes sense monetarily to buy this at the subscribe and save cost of $11.69 a bottle.

Effective
Very effective. I only use 10 drops per gallon and let it sit for a couple of days to work before drinking it. The milk tastes sweet but doesn't get that weird taste that store-bought lactose-free milk has, because they add too much enzyme.

You Can Add to Fridge Stable Items - Cream of Chicken here I come!
I use this to make things lactose free that I can't buy without lactose otherwise. I add this to salad dressings, buttermilk, cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soups, half and half or heavy cream, etc. Anything that you can mix or blend and then refrigerate is a good candidate for this stuff! I could NOT for the life of me find a good substitute to cream of chicken or cream of mushroom, which I use in a few casseroles my family likes. I can add 10-15 drops of this to one can of soup, then mix and then refrigerate 48 hours, and I have no ill side effects from consuming the cream of soup! I also put 10-15 drops into ranch dressing, shake vigorously, and let it sit 24-48 hours before eating. Leaving it longer than that is not a problem, so you can treat the dairy items when you buy them and leave them in the fridge as normal. It's good for things you will need for baking or cooking, as long as you can plan ahead you can add this into buttermilks, creams, or sauces (like alfredo) and eat your favorite things again! Just make sure to mix/shake thoroughly, so the enzyme can break down the lactose throughout the dairy product. I have noticed NO difference in taste when using this product. I get no gas, bloating, or normal after effects of eating dairy. I tend to err on the side of putting in too much over not enough, but one bottle has lasted me three months.

Benefits of lactose free milk
I use this product every time I buy a gallon of milk. The milk tastes sweeter than untreated milk so not only do I have less stomach issues due to the lack of lactose in the milk but I need less sugar for the cereal or drinks like tea or coffee. It also costs less than buying milk that is sold as lactose free .

Awesome product!
I developed lactose intolerance during cancer treatment. Lactase tablets didn't work at all, so I tried these drops. They are fantastic! They can't be used in hot liquids, but they can be used in pretty much anything you can shake or stir. I've used them in milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, and ricotta. To get the best value, I add the drops as soon as I open a new container of something and let it sit at least overnight before using (shake or stir well to get the enzyme well distributed). I'm so happy to not need to give up dairy, and these drops are so much more economical than the tablets (or buying lactose-free products at the store).

These work a treat. Had to buy cow’s milk because it was the only milk in my price range at the time. No adverse effects, if you get my drift. I use it in any drink I have that contains dairy products, mainly Jamaican Guinness punch. It’s perfect. It also goes a long way

Bought this as I wasn’t able to get skimmed lactose free milk anywhere and this worked out much more affordable. You have to experiment with how many drops you need but the small bottle lasts a long time. You have to be organised as it’s less convenient than buying lactose free milk.
