I live by this stuff. Always does the trick if I sleep wrong (that’s all it takes these days). I usually use the lavender scent, but decided to mix it up. Wasn’t sure how it would smell because I don’t care for the taste of rosemary much, but it’s just the right mix of the two scents to give it a very nice smell! I think I like it better than lavender now!

Really does work well for me! I have terrible shoulder pain, and use the roll on Aspercreme when I get up and before bedtime. No, it’s not a pain pill, but it does soothe the muscles. I like this product.

I use for pain in my knees, shoulder & back. My knees are bone on bone so very painful. I have arthritis in my hands and shoulder areas, this hrlps with the pain and aching. Nice that it’s got s good scent but it’s expensive for the size. Roll on makes it easy to apply
