It adequately carried a 500ML Hydrapak collapsible flask for water, a Capri-Sun-sized beverage pouch in the front large zipper, energy bars, a few small shooters for the chair lift, and my wallet and keys in the rectangular pouch on the front. It fit well and was actually nice to unzip my jacket, which kept it from flapping on the run. Very comfortable and streamlined. It's light, and you'll barely notice having it on, even with all the items I put in it.
