Every day he comes home we need to ice his shoulder, this ice pack has been fantastic for coverage we ended up using a 1/3 rubbing alcohol in 2/3 water mixture and we keep this in the freezer. It maintains a very, very, cold ice pack that last well longer than 30 minutes for his icing.
