Make sure you look at the picture and put these on with the back strap behind the foot. Once we figured that out, my "completely frustrated with these shoes falling off" daughter calmed down immediately and loved the shoes... They don't necessarily sparkle like the ones in the picture, and they seem a bit high for $7, thus the one star less, but they arrived super fast with Prime shipping and she is still very happy with them and thus the 4 stars.

My granddaughter loved these dressy shoes for her doll. I always buy Sophia brand as they are made well and have a wonderful selection to choose from.

These are super cute, but I am not sure I would buy them again. The shoes work for any American Girl doll as promised but it isn't a snug fit. The back strap keeps slipping off the foot. However, since they were bought for my daughter, she doesn't seem to mind or complain.

They are very cute and I know my girl will be happy to get them. Nothing is wrong with them and they actually got here earlier then the expected date which is great. I like that they even have the tissue in the toes to like our shoes do. (I'm keeping them in until my girl opens it Christmas)

Way to small for 28 in doll

I couldn't wait for these shoes to arrive, as I thought they looked just like a pair of real shoes my daughter has. They arrived quickly and were just as cute as I had hoped for. Unfortunately they don't stay on the dolls feet. Major bummer. I will try attaching a small elastic to go around the front of the ankle so they stay on.

These shoes are adorable.. Reason for four stars instead of five ,. Is because they are difficult to put on.

These are cute but they were hard for my daughter to get them to stay on the doll.

These doll shoes are even cuter than pictured. They arrived promptly and I am so pleased with this purchase!
