Also the water seems cool in the water jugs when I poor out it does not heat up, although I do keep it in a cooler place, not fridge. One of the caps did arrive broken, but customer service was fantastic and sent me a replacement fairly quickly, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m very happy with both the product and my experience. If you’re looking for an affordable way to store drinking water, especially if you’re not ready to invest in a filtration system yet, I definitely recommend these.
