This product is the first I have tried that actually works for me. No cravings. No really bad side effects. Just a mild facial skin rash from the toxins releasing from my body. And it taste good too. I no longer dread fasting.

I've only ever used Neera for the lemonade/maple syrup/cayanne diet. The price listed is about the same as my local health food store. It was recommended to me because it claims more nutrients than grocery-store maple syrup. This jusice fast reccomends also that you use the darkest & least refined syrup - Neera is similar to molasis in density and color, so it meets those specs. As for the taste, I really do love it! Fasting is not my idea of fun, but I do get a wicked craving for the drink prepared with Neera, which makes the process and price more worth the personal investment in myself. I wouldn't ever want to use a different syrup for the cleanse.

This is not my first time buying this product, and I do enjoy doing the cleanse. The bottle came dented in the package, and I am not sure if the product is good to use or not. I would have given 5 stars as I love this product, but now I am not sure if I can use it, or the dent affects the syrup.

Didn't lose weight as expected but I lost some anyway. This product is working but it takes to long to get the results.
