This was a prescribed item for me, but my health care plan pharmacy decided to substitute these for pills. It asks about how easy these are to swallow in the ratings, but the big advantage is that this form of Vit B12 is that they don't have to be swallowed. They just quickly dissolve in your mouth and have a pleasant citrus-y flavor and you can feel it start to work immediately in your system, so they really help me get up and get going. This is the exact item I was prescribed, and the price is low enough that I can just buy them for myself. When I compared the time and energy it would take to get these again from the pharmacy, it was more than worth the cost, for me. (fyi - even if I had won this battle once with the pharmacy, it would end up getting changed back again, so sometimes it's better to lose the battle in order to win the war.) Anyway I highly recommend this product. Quality ingredients and works.

ホントは☆１つもあり得ない！ 届いた瓶を振るとカタカタと心もとない音が⁉️ 嫌な予感を感じながら開けると大量のビニールが。その後から10粒入ってたかな？もしくはそれ以下の錠剤… 騙されました。。。 こんな事がホントにあるなんて！ 普通の日本人である私には信じられませんでした。 皆さんも騙されません様に！！
