Dry wipes !
The wipes are very dry. I paid express delivery for a dry wipes !

After waiting forever because this is being shipped from out of the country I found out that 10x refers to how many pieces you get- not the size of the towelette. The description doesn't mention this and I stupidly expected a box as shown in the picture. I know the price is cheap, but after shipping, the price is ridiculous and it wasn't worth paying the shipping again to send them back.
