Dimensions are given as 31x20x34 but which is which? Can anyone explain please?

If you look at the product specification carefully, 31" X 20" is the dimension of the flat platform and 34" is the height of the handle that can be extended telescoping upward.

How do you fold up the wheels? They don’t fold when I fold the handle.

squeeze the bar firmly and as you fold down the handle, the wheels will flatten against the bottom. I often am holding it vertically while I do this.

Extended warranty option?

Don’t know why you would pay extra. Very sturdy and stable, don’t believe this is going to fall apart under normal use. Put the money you would of spent in the college fund for children or grandkids!

Squeeze the silver bar that is right where the pushing bar is and it’s closes fine. The best thing I have ever bought online. The wheels just collapse right under it.
