Works great from day one. Easy to set up and does exactly what it promises. The battery lasts long and the instructions are clear. It came well-packaged with all accessories included. Great value for the price.

Works perfect. The portafilter broke but they sent me a new one for free. ( I think their older ones had cheaper handles on the portafilters, I think they fixed this with the newer ones). I am no coffee snob so this works for my price range and what I wanted. Not super bulky on my counter, looks good and matches my other coffee items. I enjoy it but I hear it isn’t the proper way to make espresso. The heat is great, won’t burn you or anything, so if you like your coffee to burn your face off then maybe check one you can control the temperature with. It is pretty fast and doesn’t leak at all. Pretty easy to clean, I have a straw cleaner I use for the hole in the portafilter. It does seem to stain a little though. As for the milk steamer, it is best to clean this right away or it dries on and can be difficult to clean.

If you want a good, solid espresso maker?. in this price range that allows you several espressos a day? After zillions of other makers (this price range) this is the ONE! It lasts it continues on & makes great espressos with steamed milk. Only problem? And why I gave it 4 stars, not 5? The little plastic steamer part CRACKED in the first month & was unusable. I replaced it with a metal one I’d saved from another espresso maker & it’s gone on every day - several times a day; quite happily. I do not like the issue with the “overfill of water placement” but it’s workable.

I like this machine because you can make a double, double shot at one time. It's very simple to use and works perfectly every time. Great coffee and soooo much cheaper than most every other espresso machine. Works great!

Worked for less than a year. Won't make coffee, steams a hell of a lot but no liquid. Garbage won't buy another of this brand EVER again.

I bought this to try making espresso at home for the first time. I didn't want to start with a super expensive machine, so this seemed like a good way to try it out. It has worked pretty well for a year of consistent use, but now more often than not, I'm getting funny tastes in my coffee. There's an odd plasticky taste coming from somewhere in the machine, and I can't figure out what it is, but I know I probably shouldn't be drinking it. It's not an easy machine to clean, so I've been wondering if I should switch to something simpler. All in all, it was a good way to try out espresso at home, but it only lasted about a year, and I think I may be moving on to something better.

Es mi primera cafetera de Espressos y es bastante intuitiva. El manual explica todo, y por el precio tiene excelentes funciones. Muy recomendada.

We had this machine for 3 years, then it died. Something internally clogged up, and the pressurized water could no longer push through the coffee grounds. Now, it goes into recycling. Disappointed.
