Great for Salt Beef
Had this for making salt beef as you need a little bit of this so the beef keeps its colour. Worked well. Followed tte instructions on the packet as it’s very important not to use too much.

Works well and very happy with the results (bacon). I was not aware when purchasing this product that it comes already mixed with salt. Adding 2.5% per kg of meat worked perfectly.

Took me about 30 seconds to find it on the site, it was delivered as promised (with minimal packaging). I have already made salt beef - delicious in a home made onion bagel with mustard and pickles.

UK and EU Law stipulates it has to be white.
I say it seems like it's good-quality Curing Salt because it's hard to be exact without sending it to a lab, but Surfys is a reputable company, and the reason it's white instead of pink is that UK and EU Law stipulates it has to be.
