Wake up feeling WONDERFUL!!!
This is an update on March 6, 2020: I’m still extremely happy with my Aerobed. I was reading some of the reviews and think some of the reviewers were writing about a different Aerobed. My pump has a cord and isn’t with a battery that is rechargeable. My pump has lasted years. I wish I could buy the Aerobed without the pump, as I’ve been using the same one with the new replacement beds. I have been sleeping on an Aerobed Clasic twin for the last 16 years. I discovered how good it felt for sleeping and its positive effect on my back, when I stayed at my daughters, when she didn't have an extra bedroom for me. I woke up after a full nights sleep, and my hips and back didn't hurt, as was the case at home on an expensive mattress!! I'm 5'10", 140 lbs., female, and a senior, in good physical shape. I find a soft bed works in my situation for my back. I can regulate the softness to my desired level. My hips and back are happy, now!!! It is light weight and I travel with it in its own duffle bag!!! I have noticed on some Aerobed mattresses I've purchased, some of the inner coils have come loose after 7 or so months but in my case with an under inflated mattress, it hasn't bothered me. I just replaced my last mattress (lasted 11 mos. and finally started losing air.) My daughter has a Sleep Comfort mattress I tried one night and after an hour went back to my Aerobed!!!! My expenditure for a twin bed runs $60-80, depending on price at the time, and they last me usually 10-18 months. The pump lasts much longer and I have a collection of new pumps I've never had to use. I've tried other brands of air mattresses but Aerobed is superior for me with comfort with its coils. Be sure to put insulating blankets (I use two) next to the mattress and then put a mattress cover with elastic on before my fitted twin sheet. That keeps you warm, as the air in the mattress can become cold. I wake up in the morning and feel like I'm floating on a cloud. So happy with this mattress!!! This may not work for others, but I'm EXTREMEMLY happy!!!!! Hope this review helps someone.

Good Night
We originally bought an Aero twin bed in 2011. We were so happy with that inflatable, that we bought two more last year. It's hard to accommodate a family of five, so we pack these bags - along with the Coleman Sabine sleeping bags - on road trips to visit friends and family. It's also handy for cabin camping in which bedding is sketchy - blow up the Aero and put it on top of the mattress provided. I recommend buying twins instead of a queen size mattress because the smaller profile allows more space and location flexibility. Besides, when there's room, we lay two twins side-by-side and hold them together with a full fitted sheet. Otherwise, the twin size allows our hosts to squeeze us onto whatever available floor space. These inflatable are a loud but quick inflation with the enclosed plug-in pump. The push button bladder value allows the user to gently deflate for comfort, while the Whoosh valve feature lets you deflate the bed quickly when packing up. If you have young kids, let them lie on the bed when you release the Whoosh valve - it's always good for a laugh. In the winter, air in the mattress will get cold. For nighttime warmth, place a blanket on top of the soft, flocked fleece surface, but under a fitted sheet, and you'll be toasty all night. The Aero is a solid investment at a reasonable price. I recommend stocking one in your linen closet - it'll give an unexpected guest a comfortable night's rest.

Good air bed
This is a good air mattress- comfortable and a good size for our guests. We had one that we had been using for the last 7-8 years that was great until it got a small hole in it. It was also an aerobed and it came with a mattress cover and an attached pump which this one does not. I did like that about the older model which is why I am giving this newer version a 4 star rating instead of 5, but this still seems to be a good mattress.

Saved Hundreds in Hotel Costs by Buying AeroBed-Queen
We spent the holidays visiting relatives for 10 days. They are city dwellers and did not have a large residence with guest room. We talked, and bought them the AeroBed-Queen to keep permanently while we used it for our visit. We had it shipped directly to their home. Personally speaking, my wife and I really, really enjoyed our sleep time. The AeroBed was very comfortable and it had the design integrity to allow both of us to sleep even if one of us got up during the night. Set up was easy (I didn't realize its electric pump came with it). The bed held its air, although about every three days we topped up the air to achieve the firmness (Sleep Number?) we enjoyed. This was not an inconvienience at all. After our last night, we opened the larger air exhaust cap and deflated the bed. One of us rolled on it when deflating to increase the flatness for folding up. Do save the shipping box because the bed and pump will nicely store away for the next visitor. Buy this product - - it's not the old style air mattress of times past!

Sent wrong model with a rechargeable battery pump
I ordered the Classic Twin Royal Blue Aerobed and received a green aerobed with a rechargeable NI-CD pump Model R109 and not the Model R103. After finally chatting with Aerobed support, I was able to determine that the mattress is the same, green or blue, and I can use the model R103 electrical pump with the green mattress. Fortunately, I had kept the electrical pump from the mattress I was replacing. I have ordered another electrical pump on eBay, so I will have a backup pump. The aerobed product is just fine. My complaint and disappointment is that I did not receive the item which was described with my order, which, by the way, was my second order for this product. I did not want the hassle of recharging a battery. The electrical pump is what I wanted. It is really important that the product description on Amazon actually match the item which was sent.

I owned an aerobed prior to this one and it was amazing. I swore by it and told everyone about it. This one was HORRIBLE. It deflated overnight and you couldn't even get more than 8 hours out of the air. I used it a couple weeks after it arrived and now it is past the return shipment date. Disappointing. This product was so disappointing, in fact, that I might not get an aerobed ever again and am definitely not going to rave about their stuff anymore. Sad when companies start producing lower quality goods.
