Great Quality Malt Powder with Excellent Flavor 🍞✨

EXCELLENT product!
I was using another brand of diastatic barley malt powder for my bagels. It was ok, but I wasn’t getting quite the results I was looking for. I ordered this brand because I could get it sooner and I was pleasantly surprised. My bagels are usually good, but this time they were GREAT. I will be using more of this brand’s products. I’m a former chef and a perfectionist in the kitchen.

Bagel bonus
Doesn’t take much, but really keeps my bagel soft and fresh longer, and gives them a nice toasty brown color. Doesn’t affect the flavor of the bagels.

Excellent results with my bagels. I usually buy from King Arthur flour but they have been out of stock for longer than usual. This product had a robust aroma and color. I will continue to buy this product.

Great for malt milkshakes!
I bought this to use in malt milkshakes. I read an article a long time ago that to make great malt milkshakes, use Non-Diastatic Barley Malt Powder. Not malted milk powder or anything like that. Basically, you put a few scoops of good vanilla ice cream in a large cup (or blender), pour milk until it floats the ice cream (or less if you want it less soup), squeeze good chocolate syrup in (as much as you want), then add a few heaping spoons-full of the malt powder, and blend. If you have a milkshake blender, even better! I just use an emulsion stick blender and blend it right into a metal cocktail shaker. The more malt powder, the tastier, but too much and it gets gritty.

Delicious addition to hot cereal
I make our cream of wheat from fresh ground wheat berries but kinda missed the 'Malt-O-Meal' i grew up eating. A teaspoon of this is the pot every morning solve that problem. Delicious!
