Does what it’s supposed to. Took one star only because it’s extremely positional in the way you have to use it but otherwise an amazing product!

It was packaged well, but that's where the quality ends. The parts are flimsy. The head flops around with the slightest pressure. The scrubbing pads are so thick they can't fold to fit contours of baseboards. I guess I'm back to sitting on the floor with a microfiber cloth to clean my baseboards. UPDATE: The seller offered me an immediate refund so I have to acknowledge their good customer service.

This is my second time ordering this product and this product is easy to use and has made cleaning baseboards so easy. I literally spray some product and run this thing across it and it does wonders. It’s also small enough to get into those little spaces like behind your toilet and around standing sinks.

I purchased this item to make cleaning baseboards and crown molding easier to clean and this helped but needs improvements. The “360 degree swivel head” constantly gets stuck and requires me to unscrew the connector several times while using in order for it to work. The major issue that I see is that these pads do not work long and will require you to purchase additional ones. After using this only once on a 1900 sq feet home the pad was shredded and unusable . There are two pads included but if you use these every time you clean than you will definitely need to purchase replacement ones unfortunately
