Does this work on chipmunks?

Chipmunks are so frustrating! This will work, but it seems only for a short time. It lasts only 2-3 days against those critters. Better than nothing and works as well as anything else I’ve found.

Does critter ridder pellets harm birds if put on ground under a feeder??
