Worked great. I was able to replace it myself after following the video on YouTube. The part fitted perfectly without any issue.

Pulled apart our front loader. Found out why my basket was off kilter making all kinds of noise like the load was off. One of the arms was completely broken apart. Replaced with new one and replaced rubber seal gasket bc it wor it down and works better than when I first purchased it. Spins the wash much more so they are barely wet when I take them out of washer to dryer. So money saved on having to but new washer, less drying time in dryer and wash cycle actually matches time screen left on cycle.

Replaced the original parts perfectly and have been working for a couple of years. What more can you ask for.

I bought the Blutoget DC97-15491A Washer Spider Bearing and installed it in my washer. The job was a bit of a task, but not overly difficult—although I do recommend having a second person help with a few of the steps. It’s been over a month since installation, and I’ve done more than 50 loads so far. I started with a few light loads to make sure everything balanced and to give the bearing a chance to break in. Since then, I’ve run plenty of heavy loads, including bedding, without any issues. A few tips: • Take your time and clean everything thoroughly, especially the back of the drum where the bearing attaches. • Take lots of pictures during disassembly so you have a reference when putting it back together. • Only use a rubber mallet when a hammer is needed—I used one to seat the spider bearing properly. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase and would recommend it to anyone tackling this repair.
