Fully molded croslite Review: I'm in love. Size down. - My average-width feet are 10-3/8" long; I typically wear a size-10 shoe. Per the advice of other reviewers, I sized down to a size-9 W Croc, and the fit is perfect. If you'd asked me a year ago if I'd ever own Crocs, without hesitation I would've said: Nope! In a farm & homestead setting, the popular style of Crocs— riddled with holes like Swiss cheese— admits far too much dirt and debris to be practical. (Speaking from experience after farmsitting for friends who have been using pop Crocs as their outdoor chores.) But when I learned about these specialist versions— without all the holes— it was an aha! moment. I've been wearing my Crocs daily since April (approx. 6 month), and they are PERFECT for my application. I live in the country and need an easy solution for frequent transitions from indoor slippers to outdoor slippers. I want a comfortable and durable outdoor slip-on that covers my toes, provides decent traction, and keeps my socks clean and dry no matter what I get up to outside. Every day I use these clogs for gardening and light-duty homestead chores (and sometimes heavier projects), and they keep my socks clean & dry, even when I accidentally slosh water all over myself. (I'd recommend changing into proper work boots, however, if you're walking in exposed/loose soil, as deep/fluffy/dusty dirt can creep in over the open heel of a clog.) These specialist Croc clogs have been a big improvement over my former go-to outdoor slip-ons: Muck boots. The boots will come out again for winter, but for spring–fall they can be a bit overkill and hot. (I don't mind sweaty socks if I'm hard at work, but when the sweat creeps up your legs it's a little less comfortable!) The Muck boots also aren't as easy to slip on/off, so sometimes I'd skip pulling them on if thought I was only stepping out for something quick & easy, only to return later with my so-called house slippers wet and dirty. The easy on/off of a Crocs clog has helped me kick that bad habit. The Mucks are also more expensive— at least twice the price— so the wear & tear you put on them from crouching positions comes at a greater cost. Although I take care to store them inside (out of the sun, duh people!) between uses, I've definitely been hard on my Crocs— sometimes getting too comfortable and wearing them for intensive projects that would've been better suited for a genuine work/hike boot. Plenty of time spent crouching over tasks on the ground has imparted a permanent crease over the top that will probably crack open someday. But when that day comes, I'll replace these clogs with the exact same Crocs. These specialist Crocs have also been excellent camp shoes— keeping my feet cozy and protected from errant twigs and forest floor debris, and keeping my socks clean & dry while handling camp chores. A big improvement over flip-flops, which used to be my go-to camp & casual outdoor footwear. Fun fact: I consciously realized I was "sold" on these Crocs after dreaming that I'd worn a high-heeled version of them to a block party in a big city (pfff! as if! LOL), and— having taken them off at some point— I refused to leave the party until I found them. When I found them, someone had vomited into one and taken a bite out of the other, and I was still like: Nope— these are coming home with me! When I woke up from that bizarre scenario I had to admit to myself: I'm in love with my (specialist) Crocs! Review: Perfect, but crocs always are - Very good quality like crocs are. Perfect fit. Comfortable. I love the lack of holes for work because I get a variety of bodily fluids and more splashed on me. Keeps my socks nice and dry. My absolute favorite part is you can just throw these in the washer and decontaminate them easily.

I hate crocs...
I vowed I would never get a pair of these hideous shoes. They look uncomfortable, they're clunky, they look uncomfortable. But, I needed a pair of basic waterproof slippers. These damn things ended up replacing not only my previous waterproof slippers, but garden shoes, as well as the more comfortable fluffy slippers I wear. These are easy to slap on, you don't have to worry about your feet at all, because these are good and impermeable, yet they're pretty comfortable. Your feet are going to sweat a bit more, and these aren't hot for hanging around the house, but for a go-to outdoor shoe, I love these. Plus, the price crushes anything that provides the same benefits. So, if you're a Croc hater, I hear you, but I say it's $35 spent well. And I can pinch a penny until Lincoln's nose is forced into my bloodstream.

plastic fantastic ( times two)
I admit, I may be the last person on earth who did not have some sort of plastic shoes but it was worth the wait. It takes a day or so to get used to the feel of the little nubs on the inside but overall these are great. The kind I bought do not have drain holes so they keep my feet dry from the wet grass when I go to let out the dogs in the morning. Exactly what I needed. Also, they are very light weight so they should make great camp shoes when I go hiking. Actually, the above review is one that I wrote for the first pair of these that I bought months ago. Take all that and double it!! After finally wearing the soles slick I bought another pair. Put simply, these may be the most comfortable shoes that I have ever owned. With some good thick socks they even work well in Winter.

Great garden shoes!
Yes these are very "roomy" and I thought they wouldn't stay on my feet. Put on a pair of mid-weight socks, folded cuffs down and jumped in my new garden boats!!! Yes I said boats, no typo, they looked huge. They fit and amazingly stayed on my feet even if I ran...who wouldn't run to a garden full of weeds! Such joy to pull! After weeding done and my feet sure were dirty I just rinsed off in sink of water. Hose would be great to. Not a speck of dirt left on them. You can even dry them with a towel and wear them again. My old garden shoes, a pair of tennis shoes with tongues cut out, would take a couple days to dry. These so much better! Love them! I'll be using these probably the rest of my life since I'm so old anyway :0)

Comfortable!
I've always wanted a pair of these Crocs! Trust me there not full of Croc, hahahaha! They are the, and I do mean the, most comfortable shoes I've ever put my feet in. I wear a size 10-m, and I wear socks with them, there just a wee, bit big but not anything to fuss about! Only one little problem is they will make your feet sweat a bit. But arch is right on the money as far as support! I was wearing some flat slippers that made my back, neck, and leg hurt a little bit, but not anymore due to these awesome crocs!! Do the right thing and buy yourself a pair!! They never go out of style! Think how long these has been on the market? A long time! You might think they look sorta weird on a guy, but they dont!! I've had at least 10 people already ask me where and how much I paid for them!! I only wish they had more colors to choose from! You will look forward to wearing these shoes each and everyday! Forget those very hot tennis shoes, and by Crocs, I did...!! Thxx for your time!! Oh, and I'm 64 years young! So they will look great on anybody or anyone! Lol...

Fun to try a different style, but not worth the safety concerns
For all the positive things I'd heard about crocs and clogs in the kitchen I am disappointed in this product. I work in a fast paced kitchen. I'm generally on my feet 9 to 11 hours daily -running the entire time. My biggest disappointment in these shoes is their grip on the floor. I've had these shoes 4 days at work now and have slipped -almost fallen 3 times. I noticed an immediate difference with these shoes regarding slipping on day one. My last pair of shoes, regular lace-up, rubber soled, non-skid kitchen shoes rarely gave me any trouble. Although falling apart, and beginning to separate from the sole, I may put them back on and ditch these new crocs for pure safety alone, until I can afford to buy a new pair of my old shoes. Aside from slipping, the crocs are ok. They are wider than I expected, perhaps because they are unisex. I will likely not buy unisex in the future. The vent holes, which I read would keep the shoes breathable don't work as well as I hoped. My feet are much warmer in these than my former leather kitchen shoes. Cushion and support seem to be ok.

Most comfortable shoes I own
I’d tried every shoe I could find. As a medical student, I’m on my feet constantly. Rounding on patients in the hospital, in clinic or standing for hours and hours during surgery. I have terrible arch support. I’d tried another hugely popular clog brand and sent them back the same day. They cost $100 and were the most painful shoes I’d ever worn. I tried these on a whim; the reviews were so good and I thought the price was so reasonable, it wouldn’t be a huge deal if I didn’t like them. They are the only shoes so far that allow me to leave work and have normal tired feet instead of the crippling and painful tired feet I have otherwise. They even held up to me commuting for two hours a day riding public transit in Atlanta while also working in the hospital. None of the real comfort brands offer much in the way of aesthetics, but it’s beyond worth it.
