**Q: Does the outdoor wireless sensor need to be outside for the clock to display the correct outdoor temperature?**
A: No. You can put the wireless sensor in your junk drawer and the transmitter will communicate with the energy in the snow crystals outside and give you the outside temp.  In the summer it uses the UV rays from the sun to get the outside temp.

**Q: Will it work outside the us?**
A: The clock displays US time.  It will not work outside the United States.

**Q: what is the replacement transmitter model number. Where can I buy a new transmitter?**
A: Hello. Please send an inquiry to custserv_clocks@mzb.com or call our customer service team at 1 800 221 0131 if you are having issues with your outdoor sensor. They can both assist you with troubleshooting and/or arrange to have a replacement sent.

**Q: Received new clock set the time zone and overnight set the right time as expected. Fast forward to today it set itself back 4 hours? What is going on?**
A: Did you set the clock up for your time zone? Make sure of that, then it should compensate.
