**Q: How do you turn the power on and off of the MXQ box with this remote?**
A: The boxes do not have an on/off option.   And make sure you exit whatever ui you have downloaded.  Bring it back to the system  screen.  If not you could cause the box to fail.

A: Step 1: Make sure your PC (or whatever device you're using) is powered on, make sure the keyboard is fully charged and turned on, unplug the USB dongle.
Step 2: Press and hold the "Fn" and “F1” keys, (The yellow light will start blinking - you're now in pairing mode)
Step 3: Quickly plug the USB receiver into the USB port of your PC / Device.
Step 4: Wait a moment. The keyboard will pair automatically.
Step 5: When the yellow light stops flashing and blue led is on, it means the pairing was successful.

**Q: Unless i am missing it there is no back button. how do i go back or go to the previous page on an android box?**
A: It’s the right click mouse button on this remote that takes me back to previous page.  It’s the bottom button next to the round directional and ok button on the top right.

**Q: any time i have to go up i have to exit out and start over is there a way to fix this?**
A: My unit has a functioning up arrow. Is there something I misunderstand about your question?

At first I hated it but after you get used to it it's great. Be patient, Learn the functions and it will be more versatile than other designs and takes up very little room. . It works for Linux Mint as well as Windblows . Rechargable battery has long life. Device can be used while charging. I use it to control a small pc connected to my TV and it works well for that task. Would I want to type on it for an hour? No but basic mouse movements and left and right mouse clicking as well as page up and down functions work very well.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A very good wireless mini keyboard/touchpad combination for a very fair price

I ordered this mini-keyboard/touchpad combination to use while browsing the web on a computer attached to my television set. A full-sized wireless keyboard with a separate or incorporated keypad would be too awkward to keep by my sofa with the tv/Roku/DVD-Recorder remotes. This is a perfect size that allows me to hold it in both hands while typing with my thumbs. The keyboard is full-featured and works well. The touchpad is not as responsive or accurate as I'd like and a bit awkward to use at times, but for the price it is still both usable and a good value. This is not a Bluetooth keyboard as some reviewers seem to have expected. It is a wireless keyboard that requires a USB mini-dongle to be attached to your computer or TV to work. The sound (volume) keys do not seem to work, but that is a minor annoyance. Likewise, although I appreciate the backlit (blue light) function, it does not seem to work for several of the keys which may be a defect of my particular unit or a design defect. Not a major issue as memorizing these is easy enough when not visible in a dark room, but still annoying. But for these shortcomings I would rate this a full 5 stars. I should also note that unlike some very positive reviews praising the battery life, mine works only at most three days without needing to be recharged. Even with the minor issues noted, it is still well worth the price and I would definitely order another if I lose it or it breaks after a year or so.
