If anyone knows where I can purchase replacement oil from this brand, please answer. I purchased 1 of these, and then another 3, just to get more oil. I have been unable to find any of this particular kind of oil that comes with the product. All other oil brands I have tried, makes me cough and I cannot breathe. The oil that comes with this product worked perfectly. EASE OF USE - simple operation. One of the largest capacity diffusers I have ever seen and the tank lasts from 1 hour to 10 hrs for me, depending on the setting and water temperature. You can set the light to either alternating colors, or a solid color of your choice. You can even run the unit with no light on at all. I LOVE this product, I only wish I could find the exact oil it came with (SchhuaBeffin Essential Oil) for sale anywhere.

I got this today, the first time, it took a minute to turn it on but it worked great for hours. i go to replace the smell inside and whenever i dump the water out and go to put new water in after plugging it in it just won’t turn on. FIXED - so i ordered a replacement. turned out the cord was faulty, i plugged the new one in, it turned on perfectly but it didn’t stay on for long. i was annoyed, because i had been waiting days for the new order to arrive. after about an hour of me turning it back on every 5 minutes, i thought “what if i took the old one and used the new cord on it” and since i hadn’t returned the old one yet, i used the new cord on it and now it’s turning on like it’s brand new and it’s staying on without me having to manually go and turn it on every minute. (would give it a 5 but that stuff annoyed me and the smell goes away after a little bit so i have to keep adding drops to it). It doesn’t turn off every 5 minutes now, it’s bipolar. one time it’ll stay on for as long as i want, another it’ll turn off in 5 minutes or 10 or 30. it doesn’t ever stay on for however long you want it to and i’m not sure if it’s false advertising or mine is just faulty

I purchased two of these units, one for the living room and one for the bedroom. The one in the living room stopped working after a week. I had unplugged the unit to dump the old water and wiped it out with a paper towel. I then filled the unit about halfway and plugged it back in with the bottom plug. The unit would not turn back on. No amount of unplugging and plugging back in would work, with either the bottom plug or the wall receptacle. A few hours later, the unit started beeping continuously, like it was having a meltdown or malfunction, so I unplugged it from the wall. Irritated, I gave up and read the reviews, noting many people were saying the unit has stopped working. I believe I have found the answer to the problem! Do not fill the unit and then attempt to plug it back in from the bottom plug. The cable plug in at the bottom is a bad design, and no matter how good you think you can balance it, some amount of water is sloshing out or around and causing the unit to fail. Also, never submerge the unit in the sink to clean it. I don’t know why I need to say that but I feel like I should. It’s also possible that when dumping the old water out, it’s causing a problem with the unit and it won’t turn back on. If the unit has stopped working, unplug it from the wall and give it dry out time for 24-48 hours. Always bring the water to the dry unit, which should be plugged in but not turned on. After filling, turn the unit on. Mine turned back in normally after I let it dry out for 36 hours. Also make sure you have enough water in the unit for it to run. I attempted to use the unit in my bedroom, but there was too little water in the bottom for it to run. It beeped at me, and wouldn’t turn on. I run mine every night, so the water gets low and must be refilled regularly. I simply brought more water to the unit, filled it to the waterline, turned it on, and it worked just fine. Remember, keep the unit unplugged from the wall during drying time to avoid any electrical issues or problems. Hope this helps!

This diffuser is still one of the best designs out there and the price is perfect. The oils they send aren't all that great. But you can buy your own. Just remember to keep it clean so mold doesn't accumulate. Otherwise, you can't go wrong with this one. It comes with 2,4,6 hour times as well as constantly on. It will auto shutdown if it runs dry so no worries if you walk off and forget about it.
