The What the Ladybird Heard Cookbook

This book is such a fun and enjoyable book! Purchased for a gift and they absolutely loved it! It helps but isn’t essential if read the other ladybird books - the recipes are exactly as hoped, it’s great!

Great recipes

There are four (at least I think there are only four) cookery books for children based on the wonderful Julia Donaldson stories. I conveniently have 4 grandchildren all of whom enjoy cooking with their mums so this makes an ideal gift. I can thoroughly recommend them as a way of getting a young child interested in preparing their own food.

Lovely little book, each week my girl picks what she want to make and we do it as part of home learning. Clearly marked where the kids can join in and where a grown up might need to take over e.g turning on the oven. The corgi paws went down a storm!

My daughter loves the what the ladybird heard stories, and the recipes in this cook book don't disappoint.Funny names combined with easy to make recipes - looking forward to cooking with her.
