Head torch isn’t water proof, and battery housing only made of plastic wasn’t robust enough for the simple locking mechanism. While a very bright head torch, this wasn’t adequate for wet and humid environments

La lampe éclaire super bien, plusieurs modes pour faisceaux larges, spot, plus ou moins puissants et faciles à programmer une fois qu'on a compris les combinaisons de boutons. Le petit "tap" sur le côté est très pratique pour passer en mode maxi. Le tout fait un peu lourd sur la tête si on ne déporte pas la batterie. Marche parfaitement avec des piles rechargeables.

**Q: where can I get a replacement headband? Mine had lost its stretch after about 15 years.**

A: Any AA rechargeable batteries will work.

**Q: Can you wear this under a mountain bike helmet ?**
A: If you take light, battery, and cable off the fabric straps and mount it to outside of helmet it would work fine. Use 3M dual-lock or just epoxy it on.

La lampe éclaire super bien, plusieurs modes pour faisceaux larges, spot, plus ou moins puissants et faciles à programmer une fois qu'on a compris les combinaisons de boutons. Le petit "tap" sur le côté est très pratique pour passer en mode maxi. Le tout fait un peu lourd sur la tête si on ne déporte pas la batterie. Marche parfaitement avec des piles rechargeables.

I have been up multi-pitch climbs in the dark and bouldering night sessions with this thing and it has been amazing. I always like the red light as it does not disturb your night vision as much. The dimming and boost is easy and useful. battery life is great and I just alternate between two rechargeable sets so I never need to worry.
