This would work great if you have roughly the same build as the model in the pictures. If you're anything over a size 8/10, it's quite likely your thighs will not fit correctly in the dips and you'll be uncomfortable. Also, the hump in the middle can push against uncomfortable places if you slide at all, which is likely to happen if you're wearing some kind of compression garment or smoothing garment. Overall, I'd recommend just using a firm bed pillow and let your bottom hang off. Also, unless you want to sit ramrod straight all the time, you'll need a firm pillow for your back/lower back so that you can sit more or less normally in a chair/couch/bed/whatever.
