Q: How many drops are in the 30ml bottle

I don't know but I do know how you can figure it out. I did this once a long time ago for an antibiotic. Take a dropper and count how many drops of water it takes to fill a teaspoon. Then using TABLESPOONS of water and a measuring cup, count how many TABLESPOONS of water it takes fill it to the 1/4 Cup level (2 fluid ounces). Multiply the number of Tablespoons by 3. This is how many tsp will make 2 fluid oz. Next multiply that number (# of teaspoons) by the number of DROPS you found filled ONE teaspoon. This number will be the number of DROPS in 2 fluid oz. Last thing to do: Find how many ml are in 1 FLUID oz.

Q: Can this be used to make hand sanitizer?

Fragrance oil can be used to add a pleasant scent to cover up the rubbing alcohol or vodka, whichever one you use, But it won't have any of the medicinal properties that certain essential oils do. It is strictly for fragrance. If that is what you want it for then yes, it can be used in the hand sanitizer. i hope that answers what you're asking.
