## Description

A PopSockets grip is a stylish phone accessory that lets you do more with your phone. Just expand to use and collapse to lay flat. Whether you’re trying to snap a quick pic, watch videos on the fly, or text with one hand, it's got you covered. And PopSockets grips aren’t just for your phone either. Use them on your tablet and e-reader for some extra comfort. Plus, with the PopSockets mount companion product, you can mount your phone to nearly any vertical surface, including dashboards, mirrors, bed posts, refrigerators, and walls, for convenient hands-free viewing. PopSockets grips are repositionable and stick to most devices and cases, but may not stick to silicone or waterproof cases. PopSockets grips have a diameter or 1.56 inch. When collapsed, a PopSockets grip stands 0.25 inch tall. When expanded, it stands 0.9 inch tall.

Review: PopSockets: Collapsible Grip and Stand for Phones and Tablets - Black and Mount - This package includes both the mount and phone grip. I thought the price was high, compared to similar products, but it's what I paid through my cellular service company 6 years ago. The mount broke in my truck, so I needed one desperately. Vent-type mounts don't work on my vertical vents (have tried many). While I didn't need another phone grip, I decided to order this because it appears to be an original, exactly what I had (and what I had, was great); and the newer versions have mixed reviews. I generally use 2 hands to insert & remove my phone from the mount, and I think that's why it works for me (using one hand to remove, while driving, is what broke it). The mount itself adheres very well. Clean the intended surface with alcohol, remove the protective sticker, and press on for 30 seconds; let it sit overnight; and you're good to go. I don't know if the new versions are sturdier, and maybe in 6+ years I'll have to find out. But, it's good to stick with what we know and trust.
Review: Safety. It's safer than the others I've used. - I bought this product a long while ago and I am happy I did. The adhesive has not decayed. It's still the same as the day I bought it. The picture has not been damaged (and I use it everyday. Multiple times a day) or worn. The pop tab is durable all around and I would recommend to everyone that drives. It's really made my ridesharing safer, even my overall driving. What I mean by that is, my phone stays in place. If I'm following a map, it's easy to see because my phone isn't swinging about. I don't know. It's just all the other dash phone tools I had before didn't work out. Pieces would fall out. My phone would fall out, it would move even if I had it locked in place. I mean it was just a mess and a hassle. This gives me the peace of mind that I need when I'm working.
